We need to let people know we\u2019re here for them at every stage of their life in the Armed Forces<\/p>\n<p>Major Roy shares his own experience with the Valcartier Military Family Resource Centre and even admits that he wishes he had known about us earlier in his career!<\/p>\n<p>Find out how VMFRC caseworkers helped him at certain key times in his life.
